The NYT on Lina Bo Bardi, commemorated by the Venice Architecture Biennale 2021
June 4, 2021
As Lina Bo Bardi posthumously receives the Special Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at this year’s Venice Architectural Biennale, The New York Times has published a piece about her legacy and her ability to "bring architecture, nature, living and community together”, as described by the chief curator of the biennial, Hashim Sarkis.
The NYT's piece by Elisabetta Povoledo highlights Isaac Julien's 'Lina Bo Bardi - A Marvellous Entangelment' which has been recently exhibited by MAXXI, in Rome (pictured).
