In a review piece for Artforum, Ciarán Finlayson highlights the ingenious architecture of the series' installation and, in his words, its "horizontal montage, which links a great number of images in the same visual instance without relegating any particular aspect to the background".
He continues, "this technique is where the film excels, disclosing the lesser-known aspects of its subject without scaling back its scope of inquiry".
